Working with busy families and individuals, I make delicious food magically appear in your refrigerator each week. AND, because I also specialize in private and intimate events, I can help you throw an awesome dinner or cocktail party, too.
My culinary journey includes over 2 decades of cooking throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. I serve contemporary California cuisine, with even better access to an abundance of farm-fresh ingredients now that I am based in Sacramento.
My extensive background in working with a wide variety of diets can accommodate any special requests including vegetarian/vegan, paleo, keto, gluten-free, and more. I am happy to help you eat well with ease.

Mark wears many hats and they all help us get delicious food onto your table. He is our master grill chef, prep cook, and delivery driver. He began in San Francisco making pies and slices at Escape from New York Pizza, then took a long detour into the motorcycle industry, selling sexy bikes by Ducati and Triumph. Now he’s back in an apron, helping create the Chef’s Choice menu and working the grill, cooking up your favorites like his woodfired BBQ meatloaf and grilled Thai steak. We could not do this without him!
